Anyway, we took a lot of pictures which I will show you in a few days. I honestly don’t know where to start because of the sheer volume of pictures. I hope it’s just as easy as organizing it like a bunch of products in industrial shelving but how would you organize the memories of your whole family? Hubby suggested we just upload the pictures by day at Photobucket. I’m so glad I married him. If it’s just me I would be at a loss.

So please wait for my posts about our vacation in Bohol. It’s a must go to place for especially for children. Bohol has everything – beaches, landmarks, and a pieces of our history. They would surely enjoy every minute of their stay there like we did!

The holidays can really be unforgiving for the dieters. I don’t think anybody can resist the urge to eat and eat. I don’t blame people because this is the time to be merry. And who can be merry with an empty stomach? Definitely not me!

So I’m happy that my little one is getting the nutrients that he needs while I can indulge on my favorite food. There’s ham, fruit salad, carbonara, cakes, and a lot lot more. If you don’t have a breastfeeding baby then do take it easy on the food. You can still enjoy all the different food in moderate proportion. *wink!

Stuffed toys are renowned dust collectors. So I cringed when he gave me that irresistible look. Good thing he changed his mind right away. Our house is crowded enough as it is so when he said he’d rather buy another toy I let out a sigh of relief. whew!

What he doesn’t want to miss is the Spongebob 48 hour marathon at Nickelodeon. It’s happening from December 31 to January 2. He’s already counting the days till December 31st. I’m also excited to watch it with him. He’s been working hard on his studies even during the holidays (we’re homeschooling) so he deserves this break.

We had a pleasant surprise one day when we heard our neighbor knocking on our door. It turned out she was an insurance agent from Insular Life. She offered us her products but at first I wasn’t interested because it was way too expensive for us. Finally, after six visits I finally got I was looking for. An inexpensive term life insurance that our family needed.

If the looking for the perfect product part was long, the processing of the documents was fast and easy. Our insurance agent informed us that we were saved from going to the doctor for a check up because we got a no exam life insurance. Right now, we’re only waiting for the final documents to serve as proof of our insurance. It’s for my husband specifically. He is the breadwinner of our family of four that’s why it’s imperative that he’ll be insured.

He takes care of it like it was his child that sometimes I’ll get jealous. LOL! He bought a big case to protect it and I remember it would take a big space in our really small apartment. He wanted to display it somewhere prominent but I put my foot down so he had to tuck it under the bed. He soon realized that having a big guitar can mean he can’t bring it as often as he wants so later he bought a smaller Martin guitar.

Anyway, I didn’t make it but I was content to watch the game on TV. Beckham gave a good show and even extended his play when he heard our very own Filipino boxing champion, Manny Pacquiao arrived to watch him play. He even took off his jersey and gave it to him after his play. I guess all of us are fans after all.

Those memories are now just memories. It’s now my turn to raise my own kids. I hope I can do a good job of it just like my grandma.

Anyway, to be different I’m thinking of giving a more personal gift. I want to give something that I made myself for my family. Maybe it’ll just be a photo book that I arranged myself. It would be a perfect gift for my family.
