Discount Jewelry...

When my mom was here she surprised me with a ring. It’s a beautiful ring with diamonds that came from my late grandma. I am not a jewelry person because I have lost so many jewelries already. By the way, the stone is Amethyst and it’s the birthstone for February so if you were born in February then this certainly is for you. My birthstone is diamond but since we all know how expensive it can be I would take this alternative...

I Lost my Wedding Ring...

…at a friend’s wedding! It’s ironic that I have to lose my ring after 5 years of marriage at a wedding. When I realized it was missing I was already close to home coming from the wedding reception. My first reaction was disbelief and then I was in denial. We have shared five years of memories together and I couldn’t accept the fact that it was gone just like that. Hubby was sympathetic but I was inconsolable. Well, at least I just lost my wedding ring and not my husband, right?...
