Our country just came out with a new set of paper bills. We welcome this change because we had been stuck with the old bills for decades now. The new bills are more colorful and more lively than the former. I know that people are trying hard to complete their collection of the new bills. I’ve been trying to upgrade my wardrobe recently. Before I would shop for clothes at the thrift shop because I would be too frugal. But now I have realized that when it comes to clothes quality is better. It’s because my clothes from the thrift shop are damaged after a few washings. The whole world is mourning today as it emerged music icon, Whitney Houston, died during the weekend. I grew up listening to her songs and singing it during my childhood. I also watched her super famous movie, The Bodyguard, so she has been a part of my childhood. It was unfortunate that as the years go by her star dwindled as I heard reports she has become a drug addict. Now her life is over at the young age of 48. Such a waste of life and talent! Why Calamay Delicacy is Banned inside th...

One of things we bought from our trip to Bohol is the local delicacy called calamay. It was only too late when we found out it was banned inside the plane. We put it in our hand carried luggage and we had to transfer it to our checked in bag as directed by the airport officials. We had no idea why they were so strict with the calamay but we complied so we can board the plane. It was only when we arrived home that we found out the cause.
