Healthy Life

My hubby said we should really be taking care of ourselves. He pointed out that his family has a history of diabetes while mine has a history of high blood pressure. I am aware of these and I agree with him 100%. One of the disadvantages of being a work-at-home mom is getting zero exercise. We both have been gaining weight too. Although we are still not in the weight category that will require us to take weight loss products, I am conscious that if we don’t do anything pretty soon we are going to get there.

That’s why we agreed that we’re going to try to eat healthy foods and avoid the junk foods we’re so used to having. As a mom, it is my responsibility to prepare delicious, healthy foods so my family won’t have to resort to eating unhealthy foods.  My husband, on the other hand, would be in charge of our exercise.  This would include family walks and exercise inside our home.
