Christina Apple is indeed a brave woman. After being diagnosed with breast cancer a couple of months ago, she now publicly announced in Good Morning, America that she had both her breasts removed. It was a very radical choice since the cancer is only in one breast, but the actress said she made the tough decision after testing positive for the breast cancer gene and witnessing her mother fight breast cancer for years. She said she is now completely free of cancer and will have her breasts reconstructed within the next eight months. Applegate is known for her roles in Married with Children and Samantha Who?

    She has the money to set things RIGHT. I don’t blame her. I would probably do the same thing. That cancer likes to spread like wild fire.
